Why didn't I think of that?

I can't leave well enough alone, with that said... I thought I had finished my window treatments in my kitchen nook area but...

Low and behold I was reading Centsational Girl and saw this in her kitchen...

And it got me thinking, that
1. I had the cornice board already
2. I had the fabric already
3. I could do this right now

Can't you tell I change things often!

I didn't have any ribbon that matched my kitchen

So I cut some left over burlap into strips and frayed

The material was curtain panels that I had hanging here, but they looked to heavy for a breakfast nook

This is better, for now

I love people who blog!!!

  1. This is darling. It is perfect in your little nook. Your whole seating area looks great, can I come and have a cup of coffee with you?

Where did you get your "I love coffee and comments" button. It is so perfect for me. I practically have an iv of coffee attached to me at all times!
