MY CRAZINESS AND A REALLY GOOD SWAP IDEA!!!

This week has been CA-RAAA-ZZZZZY.  My niece had a sweet 16 party and I have been trying (emphasis on trying) to get ready for a HUGE consignment sale coming to a city near me! I have been extremely overwhelmed with all I have had to do!

I bring this on myself!  I admit, since 2 kiddos, time management has not been my strong point and I blame all of you out there for being so darn CREATIVE and RAD that I find myself "blogging the day away"like I have nothing else to do.  Blogland RULES!

So here are few things I have been up too this week!

My Gorgeous Hannie, turned sweet 16!

And my hubby wanted to make her cake...yes, he secretly wishes he was The Cake Boss without the New Jersey accent or mean sisters! (I love the accent!)

So with poor time management skills, we were at WM at 11:30 the night before the S16 Party trying to gather all we needed and this is what we got!

Here's Kenners, Dee Dee, Pookey Butt helping daddy with the cake!

and after having to take the day off of work to make it (the poor time management strikes again) this is how it turned out!  My own personal Cake Boss with out the NJ acccent and mean sisters and a better Body, Wow I need to stop myself before I get sued!

The party......Like, did you say left hand reeeed?

Then my 2 year old crashed the Twister Party!!!

O  yes, I forgot to tell you after coming home from our midnight shopping trip to WM, I got a text saying it was School Spirit day the next day.  So, I had to scramble around to find K something to wear and try to act like "Of Course" I knew it was school Spirit Day (its times like this homeschooling looks rewarding!) I am not knocking homeschooling... hats off to those who have time management skills!

Then I scored some new Tennies for the little monster!!! He adores shoes. He wore these to bed because he could not part with them!  His wife is going to love him!

K, we are getting to the good part...My friend Sarah and I did another SWAP, this time it was a LABOR SWAP!  I went to her house last week and and  helped her paint her cabinets which you can see here and lost several thousand brain cells(she spray painted them)...in return she came over and helped me get ready for this HUGE consignment event!

which I couldn't have done without her.  It was so worth losing the brain cells over!

I didn't post a pic of Sarah helping because she took a horrible pic of me helping with the cabinets and we have a deal! k, so while she was here she bought like half of the clothes I was going to sell, for her kiddos and that made for some lighter work and I got full price....thanks Sarah!

I was pooped last night and vowed to wake up this morning and take it easy! so....

The Cake Boss/Waffle King got up and made me...

some yum, yum, yummy homemade Belgian waffles and....
Very strong, extremely needed, Coffee!  Again, I spared a pic of me strutting my Saturday morning look, YOUR WELCOME!

Hope you're having a EZ PZ Saturday! They're the best kind of Saturday to have!

Hi,
Great cake and an adorable family. But what's wrong with a Jersey accent?
Warm regards from a Jersey Girl.

I've never been to Carlos Bakery. Hope you and I both make it there one day! There are lots of great Italian bakeries in NJ. Actually, the state is crawling with Italian-Americans, including me! Hope you have the chance to visit NJ soon, and love it as much as I do.
All the best,
Marilyn
