I did it! I made it through another "day before the birthday party"! It took me ALL day but I made these super cute rainbow cupcakes!
I first saw the idea in the Family Fun Magazine, and then I went online to get the recipe and found one here. She has some great tips to use when making these.
I have used NO enhancements for these babies. They really are this bright!
and this one, that my daughter claimed! The possibilities are endless it really cooks up however you put them in the pan!
Party #1 complete, sigh!

I remember the days when I had the energy to do things like this! Alas, thats all it is-a memory. Maybe your daughter will remember and make them for her children one day.
Ahhhhh the days of making 30 or more cupcakes for class... my kids have all grown and I miss this part of parenting... they look yummmy...
